She holds degrees from Mills College (B.A.) and Sarah Lawrence College (M.F.A.), and has received numerous residencies to Yaddo and the MacDowell Colony. Her poems have appeared widely in journals and anthologies, including The Iowa Anthology of New American Poetries.
